From early design through pre-construction plan review, we can help assess and recommend Green strategies for a new construction or remodeling project for successful certification through the following programs: LEED for Homes, MN GreenStar, GreenCommunities, and EarthCraft.

Fees are determined based on the project scope and client’s needs, and can be hourly or per project. Rates for hourly consultation are $155 per hour, although reduced rates are available for non-profits. Speaking rates range from $850 for previously developed short seminars to $5,000 for full day customized and new content seminars and trainings.

Verified Green and its affiliates have been engaged in Green building training, project facilitation, technical assistance and research with a wide variety of audiences including builders, remodelers, code officials, realtors, appraisers, trade partners, government and agency representatives, materials suppliers, and homeowners.
