Cindy Ojczyk is firmly committed to the values of Green design, building, and living. She is a successful Green interior designer paving the way for other design and building professionals through the co-founding of the ASIDMN Green Committee, as a leader of the Residential Member Circle of the USGBC Mississippi Headwaters Chapter, and as a member of the Green Remodeling Group, playing a critical role in the development of the MN Green Homes Remodeling Program. Cindy served as the LEED for Homes consultant on the first silver-level certified home built in Minnesota.
Cindy has a unique ability to communicate the science of Green building in a straightforward, easy-to-apply manner. Her clear communication style and enthusiasm has led her to being a featured speaker at Green building conferences and seminars. Many of her classes qualify for continuing education credits providing attendees the opportunity to learn about Green while meeting professional association and state licensing requirements for architects, interior designers, realtors, code officials, and appraisers.
Cindy co-founded Verified Green in response to industry peers seeking help in understanding Green. She combines her passion for healthful living, Green design success, and educational degrees in interior design and biological science to help clients achieve beneficial business change through Green building.
